Harambee Stars defender Musa Mohammed is set to join Moroccan top-tier side Difaa El Jadida on a three-year contract Nation Sports reports.
The player has been a free agent since parting ways with Nkana FC in July and despite being linked with moves to other clubs, the player seems to have settled on Jadida.
It had been reported that 2009 Kenyan Premier League giants Sofapaka FC and Yanga SC were interested in his services with Nkana too keen to renew his contract but the terms of both deals weren’t impressive for the player.

As quoted by Nation, Mohammed who left the country for Morocco over the weekend said: “I am very excited and forward to getting started at Difaa El Jadida. It is a new challenge and I know it won’t be easy but nothing good in life ever comes easy. I am here to fight and help the club do better.”
The defender began his professional career with Gor Mahia in the Kenyan Premier League and has gone to represent KF Tirana and Nkana FC.
Should he sign the deal, Musa will join Tanzanian internationals Simon Msuva and Nickson Kibabage at the club with the team announcing the arrival of Abdul Haq Bashikha as their new coach a day ago.
