Gor Mahia’s combative approach in games has seen them concede the least number of goals in the FKF Premier League and in-turn, put keeper Kevin Omondi on top of the Golden Glove award race.
Omondi however had a weekend to forget as he was sent off when coming against his arch-rivals AFC Leopards and while his club went on to keep a clean sheet, the tally wasn’t added to him as two keepers participated in the game.

The golden glove list hasn’t changed much from what it looked like a week ago as the likes of Patrick Matasi and John Njau conceded in their games; Joseph Ochuka who is another closest challenger having to sit out in Bandari’s goalles draw against KCB where head coach John Baraza gave Byne Omondi the nod to face his former employers.
In the top list, only Brian Bwire (Tusker FC) and Edwin Mukolwe (City Stars) were the keepers to add to their tally on round 27 of action.
