Harambee Stars head coach Engin Firat named his provisional squad for the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers against Namibia and Zimbabwe on Tuesday.
Of the 27 players, 13 were picked from the FKF Premier League but a bunch is expected to be dropped before the final squad is announced for their trip to Uganda where they will take on their opponents as Kenya doesn’t have suitable venues to host the games.

Of the local teams, Gor Mahia had the highest representation with the Leo Neiva’s side providing four players. The Quartet being Sylvester Owino, Alphonce Omija, Ronney Onyango and Austin Odhiambo.
Gor’s arch-rivals AFC Leopards provided three players with their captain Kayci Odhiambo joined by veteran winger Clifton Miheso and striker Victor Omune; Kenya Police FC having the same number of players as keeper Patrick Matasi were joined by compatriots Abud Omar and Kenneth Muguna.
Bandari FC, Tusker FC and KCB FC provided one player each in Byrne Omondi, Chris Erambo and Patrick Otieno respectively.
