FIFA president Gianni Infantino is in self-isolation after testing positive for COVID-19.
A statement from FIFA noted: “FIFA President Gianni Infantino tested positive for corona after carrying out tests today. The FIFA president who is reported to have mild symptoms will immediately undergo self-isolation and will be quarantined for at least 10 days.”

Infantino becomes the latest high profile person in the world of football to test positive for the virus after those of Cristiano Ronaldo, Paul Pogba, Sadio Mane and many others.
