Kariobangi Sharks came from a goal down to record a 2-1 win over hosts Western Stima in a Kenyan Premier League match staged at Moi Stadium Kisumu on Wednesday 23 December 2020.
Sharks came into the game from a morale boosting comeback win over Sofapaka but after a scoreless first half in Kisumu, they were to receive a dent when Boniface Onyango tucked the ball into his own net just five minutes after resumption.

Sharks were to wait until the 70th minute to have a response when Eric Kapaito restored parity before the same player put them into the lead six minutes later.
In other matches, ten man Nzoia Sugar FC held newbies Bidco United to a 1-1 draw in a match played at the Utalii Grounds.
Eric Gichimu had given Bidco a 72nd minute lead only for Muchuma to restore parity a minute later; the goals coming after Nzoia’s Okanda had been sent off in the 65th minute.
