Harambee Stars winger Ayub Timbe has left the country for his Belgium base as he seeks to find a new home.

 

The player has been training alone to keep fit having been a free agent since leaving Chinese side Beijing Renhe in August upon the expiry of his contract.

The player’s last action for a club came in July 2020 while representing English Championship side Reading FC against Swansea even though he has played for Kenya’s Harambee Stars since then.

 

The player has been linked with a move to Korean top-tier side Gwangju FC though sources close to the player has hinted that he has a series of offers on the table as he contemplates which one will best suit him.

 

According to the sources, the offers are from unnamed teams in the middle East and China but returning to Belgium is also said to be a possibility; the player having been in the books of SK Lierse, KRC Genk and Germinal Beeershot Youth side.
