It was a mixed fortune for two Kenyans in the Georgian top-flight league on Wednesday when FC Saburtalo met Dila Gori.

 

Saburtalo, home to Kenyan midfielder Alwyn Tera managed a 3-0 win over Amos Nondi’s Dila with Tera scoring in the match.

Tera opened the scoring proceedings in the 31t minute before a brace from Mandricenco in the 33rd and 38th minute did the damage against visitors Gori.

 

While Tera was substituted in the 76th minute, Nondi was to be sent off in the 90th minute for a second bookable offence.

 

The win sees Saburtalo move to third on the log with 27 points; two points above Dila who are placed fourth.
