Reigning Kenyan Premier League Most Valuable Player Eric Kapaito is in Ethiopia to seal a deal with Abra Minch FC.
Pepeta can reveal that the player left the country on Tuesday night for Addis Ababa to sign the deal with the newly promoted side days after signing a new deal with Kariobangi Sharks.

It’s not clear how much the deal is worth but Sharks is expected to receive an amount for the player with the club already in the market for a replacement.
Arba Minch are bolstering their squad ahead of the new Ethiopian Premier League season after earning promotion from the Ethiopian Higher League last season and have already signed Kenyan defender Bernard Ochieng from Wazito FC.
The club first earned a promotion to the Ethiopian top tier in the 2011-2012 season and but struggled in their subsequent campaigns and ultimately suffered relegation in the 2017-2018 season.
Kapaito will have time to adapt to his new environment with the team set to Kick Off their campaign with a tie against Mekelakeya on October 16, 2021.
