Kenya representatives on the CAF Confederations Cup Gor Mahia and Tusker FC have learned their opponents in the playoffs of the competition.

In a draw conducted on Tuesday afternoon, Gor Mahia will be up against Congo’s AS Otoho d’Oyo with the first leg slated for November 28, 2021, in Congo; the second leg set for a week later in Nairobi.

On the other hand, Tusker will have another trip to North Africa after being paired against Tunisia’s CS Sfaxien; the Robert Matano side set to begin the tie in Tunis between November 26-28.

Tusker finds themselves in this stage after failing to oust Zamalek in the last qualifying round of the CAF Champions League. Gor Mahia had sailed past Sudan’s Al Ahly-Merowe who failed to appear for the second leg of the tie after being beaten 3-1 in the first leg hosted in Egypt.

Just as Tusker, Otoho are in the last round of the qualifiers in this competition after being dumped out of the Champions League by Petro de Luanda on a 4-2 aggregate. Sfaxien are in the last round of the qualifiers after dumping out Nigeria’s Bayelsa United in the previous qualification round.
