Defending Champions Liverpool was dumped out of the FA Cup after being beaten 2-1 by Brighton and Hove Albion on Sunday.

Harvey Elliott put the Reds in the lead in what was his second goal in as many games but the lead didn’t last long as Brighton leveled in fortuitous fashion as a Tariq Lamptey strike from range took a huge deflection off Lewis Dunk, which wrongfooted Alisson and spun into the net.
