Naby Keita is set to leave the club in the summer for free after failing to agree on a new deal with the club.
The 27-year-old arrived at Anfield in 2018 in a £48 million deal from RB Leipzig and was expected to be a big success but injuries have derailed his success and he has been reduced to a few appearances for the club.

Sky Sports Germany now reports that the Guinea international will be leaving Anfield with so many clubs interested in his services but not Galatasaray as earlier reported by some tabloids.
After making 33 appearances across all competitions in his first season, the Guinean footballer has struggled with several fitness issues and inconsistent performances over the following years. He has made 127 senior appearances for Jurgen Klopp’s side so far, registering 11 goals and contributing seven assists.

Keita has only started only two Premier League matches this season, with a hamstring injury keeping him sidelined for the majority of this campaign.
While leaving for free might be questioned by the club fans, the club feels like his departure will be a sign of relief in their aim of reducing their wage bill.
