Kennedy Owino bagged a brace as KCB FC overcame visiting Vihiga Bullets 3-0 in a late afternoon FKF Premier League affair stage at the Police Pavilion on Thursday.
KCB who are one of the favorite teams to lift the title this season took a 1-0 half lead courtesy of an Owino tenth-minute strike and had the opportunity to extend their tally in the 56th minute only for Maurice Ojwang to miss his penalty. Owino however made amends with his and KCB’s second in the 66th minute before Harrison Mwendwa put the icing on the cake with a goal deep in stoppage time for his first goal for the club.

In another game of the day, AFC Leopards were held to a goalless draw by visiting FC Talanta in a match staged at Nyayo Stadium.
