Manchester City striker Erling Haaland broke another record with his goal in their 4-1 win over Arsenal on Wednesday night.

The Norwegian scored the last goal after City had raced to a 3-1 lead thanks to a double from Kevin de Bruyne and John Stones with Arsenal pulling one back through Rob Holding.

In stoppage time, Haaland scored his 33rd league goal this season to break Mo Salah’s Premier League record for most goals in a 38-game season.

He is now just one behind equalling Alan Shearer and Andrew Cole’s record of 34 goals, which were achieved in a campaign consisting of 42 games.
