Relegated Premier League side Southampton FC has confirmed the departure of Theo Walcott and Mohamed Elyounoussi will depart the club upon the expiry of their contracts this summer.
The club is expected to lose a chunk of players following their departure from the Premier League as they aim to bounce right back to the Premier League with the remaining players set to have reduced wages.

“The club would like to thank both Theo and Moi for their commitment and efforts throughout their time as Southampton players, and we wish both of them the very best for their future,” a statement from the club noted in part.

While there are imminent departures, the Saints confirmed that they are in talks with experienced goalkeeper Willy Caballero over a new contract.
