Harambee Stars midfielder Richard Odada scored and provided an assist as AAB beat HB Koge 2-1 in a Danish Division 1 game staged on Sunday evening.

Visitors, AAB took a 25th-minute lead through Odada after being put through by Rose with the Kenyan turning the provider for Prica as his team raced to a 2-0 lead at halftime. Koge’s goal that proved to be a consolation was notched by Madsen in the 50th minute.

The win leaves AAB placed second on 41 points after 18 games, just a point below leaders SonderjyskE. The first and second placed team meet in the next league game in what might be a determinant on who gets promoted to the Danish top flight at the end of the season.

In another game on Sunday, striker Jonah Ayunga managed 72 minutes as St Mirren went 2-0 down to giants Rangers in the Scottish Premiership.

On Saturday, Josephat Lopago bagged a brace as Dinamo Brest beat Belshina 3-2 in the Belarus Premier League as Alfred Scriven managed the entire game in IF Hodd’s 3-0 loss to Lyn in the Norwegian Cup Playoff.

Midfielder Eric Johanna provided both assists as UTA Arad beat Hermannstadt 2-0 in the Romania Premier League with Brian Onyango managing 72 minutes as Mamelodi Sundowns went 1-0 down to TP Mazembe in the CAF Champions League.
