Harambee Stars prospect Bruce Kamau is among the eleven players who have left Australian side Perth Glory following the end of their contract.
The club’s co-captain Mark Beevers is among the senior names leaving the club and he is joined by fellow centre-backs Aleksandar Susnjar and Darryl Lachman; Lachman won the Most Glorious Player award in 2022, awarded to the club’s best and fairest player each season.

“Perth Glory would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to all the players who are moving on for their valuable contribution to the club and wish them all the very best in the next stage of their respective football journeys,” the club said in a statement.
Others leaving include Antonis Martis, Jayden Gorman and Jaylan Pearman. Winger Stefan Colakovski‘s time in Perth is over after two seasons at the club. Glory confirmed both Colakovski and full-back John Koutroumbis have opted to leave the club to pursue opportunities overseas.
Salim Khelifi, who joined Melbourne Victory on loan from Glory in mid-season, has had his contract terminated by mutual consent, while Glory academy product Josh Rawlins, who rejoined the club on loan this season, has returned to his parent club FC Utrecht.
Kamau had been called up by head coach Engin Firat for ties against Ivory Coast and Burundi in last month’s 2026 World Cup Qualifiers but he failed to make the final cut after the Federation didn’t sort his papers on time.
