Arsenal has rejected an offer from fellow Premier League rivals Fulham FC for midfielder Smith Rowe.
The Englishman has found less game time as Arsenal and is said to be keen on a move in the summer according to reports from Daily Mail.

The Whites are keen on signing the 23 year-old, who is weighing up his Gunners’ future after making just thirteen Premier League appearances last term, but face competition from Crystal Palace. The Eagles have also had a bid rejected as Arsenal seek to strengthen their PSR position by maximising the return on one of their homegrown talents.
Smith Rowe sits at the top of Marco Silva’s list of targets to replace the departing Willian and Bobby De Cordova-Reid but Fulham could decide to look elsewhere with Arsenal demanding around £40m for their left winger.
He has scored eighteen goals in 115 games for the Gunners but has struggled for fitness and first-team football recently.
