Tusker FC has confirmed their third new signing of this transfer window following the arrival of Naaman Balecho from FKF Premier League rivals Murang’a Seal FC.
Balecho was an integral player for Seal in their maiden season in the Kenyan top flight in the last campaign and his prowess saw him get a call-up to the national team, Harambee Stars, by head coach Engin Firat.

In confirming the arrival of the midfielder, Tusker said, “Tusker Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of winger Eric Naaman Balecho from Murang’a Seal FC on a two-year contract, effective immediately.
“Balecho, an alumnus of Cheza Sports Academy and Mount Kenya University arrives with a commendable reputation for his skilful play and versatility, having impressed during his tenure in Murang’a. His addition is expected to bolster Tusker FC’s attacking prowess significantly.”

The club’s Chief Executive Officer Sam Nzau said of the new arrival, “We are delighted to welcome Balecho to our team. His speed, technical ability, and tactical awareness make him a valuable asset as we prepare for the new season. The coaches picked him out as one who would suit perfectly into their philosophy and as the management, we did everything we could to land his signature.”
On his side, the player added, “I am thrilled to be joining such a prestigious club with a strong tradition of success. I look forward to contributing to the team’s ambitions and achieving great things together. Personally, it is a great leap and a challenge I am willing to take on.”
Belecho becomes the latest new face in the team after the capture of Jacob Onyango and Dennis Wanjala.
