First of the nine is striker John Mark Makwatta who spent the previous season with Kariobangi Sharks. Makwatta has been roped by Coastal Union SC managed by former Harambee Starlets head coach David Ouma; the team also has attacker Hassan Abdalla who has joined them from Bandari FC.
Another striker from Kenya who will grace the league is John Kelwish Walubuka who has been signed by Fountain Gate from FKF Premier League side Bidco United. Midfielder Apollo Otieno and defender Robinson Kamura who represented KCB FC and Kakamega Homeboyz respectively will be in the books of Dodoma Jiji FC.
Elvis Rupia will continue his sojourn in Tanzania where he has become one of the best scorers and will be representing Singida Black Stars. Defender Christopher Oruchum and striker Eric Kapaito will be in the books of Pamba Jiji SC and Namungo FC respectively.
The talk of the window has to be that of Harambee Stars midfielder Duke Abuya who ditched Singida for giants Yanga SC.
