Harambee Stars defender Eric Ouma and his Raków Częstochowa team will be playing in the UEFA Conference League Playoffs following their 2-0 win over Macabi Haifa on Thursday night.
Rakow had a humongous task of overturning a first leg deficit after the Israeli side had beat them 1-0 in the first leg played in Poland last week.

Rakow did well in Israel in the second leg and took a half time lead courtesy of Peter Barath’s goal in stoppage time of the half; a goal that level matters on aggregate score.
Things got better for the Polish side when the hosts were reduced to ten men after Eissat was handed his second yellow card just ten minutes after resumption. The Polish side took the one-man advantage and earned a penalty 14 minutes from time which was tucked in by Lamine Diaby.
With a 2-1 aggregate score at full time, Rakow will now be playing in the competitions PlayOffs where they will now face Bulgarian side FC Arda for a spot in the Group stage of the competition.
Ouma featured in the entire game on Thursday but attention now shifts to the league where they have a tie away to Bruk-Bet Termalica.
