According to The Athletic, Arsenal have agreed to pay a sum of £60m for the England international who started in Palace’s draw at Chelsea on Sunday and has two years left on his contract at Selhurst Park.
There had been reports that Spurs were willing to trade Richarlison in the deal that would bring Eze to North London stadium to free space for Yoane Wissa who worked with Thomas Frank at Brentford.
Eze isn’t a stranger at the Emirates having been at Arsenal’s academy and has previously said he was a supporter of the club growing up.
Arsenal having failed to bid for Eze earlier in the window, Spurs came in for the player after Morgan Gibbs-White chose to sign a new contract at Nottingham Forest and they lost James Maddison to an ACL injury.
