The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Ugandan referees to oversee the first leg of the CAF Confederations Cup playoff round match between Gor Mahia and Zambia’s Napsa Stars.
William Oloya will be the center referee of the game and will be assisted by Lee Okello and Isa Masembe as the first and second Assistant Referees respectively with Chelanget Ali Sabila being the Fourth Official.

Rwandese Alexis Redamptus Nshimiyimana will serve as the Match Commissioner while Wycliffe Makanga, who doubles up as the Harambee Stars’ Team Doctor, will serve as the COVID-19 Officer.
The news come on day where Napa are expected to arrive in the country at 3pm EAT ahead of the match set to be played on Sunday, February 14, 2021, at the Nyayo National Stadium.
The winner on aggregate on both legs will qualify for the group stage of the competition.
