Hansel revealed to Pepeta earlier on Friday that he was already to move to another club since Leopards had not engaged him over a new deal.
Goalkeeper Ochan who has been an instrumental figure at the club signed a contract extension in October last year but looks set to return to Uganda having been linked with Vipers previously.
The five leaves the club at position three with 40 points with the club now having to be contented with the players they have at their disposal ahead of the league homestretch.
