Wazito FC who were playing their first game of the season had to thank keeper Ezekiel Owade for earning them a point against visiting Bidco United who had Edwin Mukolwe between the sticks; the former AFC Leopards custodians leaving the Muhoroni Stadium unscathed in the goalless draw.
While former Leopard’s keepers were thriving elsewhere, their current custodian Levis Opiyo said he wasn’t going to be left behind in the golden boot race as he kept a clean sheet of his own in their goalless draw against Kakamega Homeboyz who had Geoffrey Oputi on the other end of the pitch; While it was Oputi’s third clean sheet of the season, Opiyo recorded his second.
