Tusker FC striker Eric Kapaito is not getting carried away after scoring his first goals for Tusker FC.
Kapaito bagged a brace against Bidco United in a rescheduled FKF Premier League game on Wednesday and despite putting a man of the match show, after providing an assist too in the game, the former Kariobangi Sharks player has decided to put his team first ahead of personal glory.

“It’s a great feeling to always score in every game,” Kapaito said after the game to the club’s media team. “It is a good feeling (to score against Bidco) and now it gives me the morale to score even more but I believe it’s all about teamwork and we aim to take one game at a time. I believe the coach has plans for the games and they will put us in good condition to win our next matches.”
On taking time to open his account with the Brewers, Kapaito added;” It’s a great feeling. First goal for Tusker and my first goals of the season; I thank God. I have been working hard and the coach together with the team believed in me and it has finally paid off. We need to continue pushing even in our next game against Nzoia.”
Tusker has started the season dismally where they find themselves placed 11th on the log with 19 points. Things don’t get easier for them as they are set to face Police FC, KCB FC, Sofapaka FC, and Gor Mahia after the Nzoia game.
