A total of three FKF Premier League games were played on Wednesday with Muhoroni Youth FC and Tusker FC emerging winners.

Muhoroni beat Sofapaka FC 1-0 in a match staged at the Muhoroni Stadium where Babu Tarrick popped up with what proved to be the winner inside the first minute.

The win sees Muhoroni move out of the relegation zone to 14th with 15 points with Sofapaka now being second from bottom having recorded just 14 points in the season.

At the Kenya Stadium, Machakos, Tusker left it late to beat Police FC 1-0. Trouble for Police started even before the game with reports emerging that head coach Zdravko Logarusic had been sent home with the Croat failing to appear in the game.

While the law enforcers did all they could in their bid to earn a point, Fabian Adikiny scored in stoppage time to earn the Robert Matano side all the points to extend their winning streak to three games; the win moving them to sixth on the table.

At the Sportpesa Arena, AFC Leopards threw a lead to be held to a 1-1 draw by hosts Murang’a Seal. Victor Omune gave them a 28th minute lead but Seals restored parity four minutes later through Samuel Semo.
