Tusker FC youngster Thomas Omolo is looking to get more minutes for the team in the new year.
The former Vihiga Bullets earned his first two pairs of starts in the final games of 2024 for the brewers since joining the team at the start of the season and is hoping that those outings have convinced coach Charles Okere to hand him more games.

Omole started in the games against Bidco United and Posta Rangers and assisted Ryan Ogamís opening goal in the encounter against the mailmen.
“I have been working hard to get that chance to start and I am glad that I did,” Omole said in Tusker’s FC New Year’s Newsletter. “My aim is to keep working because I know only good performances will keep me there. The coaches are really pushing me and my teammates are encouraging me. I know I will get better.”
The youngster has already laid his aims for the season as he targets to score five goals in his debut campaign with the brewers in the FKF Premier League.
After the postponement of the league this week, Tusker returns to action on 10 January 2025 with a tie against Shabana FC before clashes against Ulinzi Stars, KCB FC, Police FC and Gor Mahia.
