Tusker FC has officially bid farewell to striker Ryan Ogam who has secured a deal with Austria side Wolfsberger AC.
Ogam had been linked with a series of clubs after a brilliant first season in the FKF Premier League where he scored 15 goals in 17 games.

He had earlier been linked with a move to Gor Mahia after the club’s deputy patron Eliud Owalo met his parents but a deal wasn’t struck betwee both parties after Wolfsberger expressed their interest in signing the former Rainbow FC man.
In a statement confirming the departure of the player, Tusker noted, “Tusker FC confirms that striker Ryan Wesley Ogam has completed a move to Austrian Bundesliga club Wolfsberger AC. The transfer marks an exciting new chapter for one of Kenya’s brightest young football talents.
“Ogam, who joined Tusker at the start of last season, has enjoyed a meteoric rise in both domestic and international football. Originally playing as a midfielder before joining Tusker from Rainbow FC, the 21-year-old was converted into a striker by coach Charles Okere and went on to score 15 goals in 17 appearances in the 2024/25 FKF Premier League season.”
The player has been on everyone’s lips after a stellar outing in the just-concluded African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024, where he scored decisive match-winning goals for Harambee Stars against Morocco and Zambia.
