Harambee Starlets attacker Cynthia Shilwatso has moved to Ukraine top flight side ZFC Kryvbas on a one-and-a-half-year deal.
Shilwatso had signed a short-term contract with Tanzania side Fountain Gate Prince and took the league by storm where she leaves after scoring nine goals and providing four assists in the 11 league games she participated in.

While confirming the arrival of the player and that of Egyptian Mahira Ali Mohamed Ali, Kryvbas said: “We are happy to introduce you to two new players of the Club. Cynthia Musungu and Mahira Ali Mohamed Ali who from now on will be our players. Both have signed a one and half year deal. The arrival of these international players to Ukraine is important during these peace times as we work to make our title charge brighter.”
Shilwatso arrives in the team when they are placed second on the log with 36 points after 13 games; the same number of points as the leaders Vorskla Poltava Women’s team who has played a game less.
Shilwatso will be hoping to make her debut for her side on Sunday 26th March 2023 when they host Shakhtar Doneskt Women who are placed third with 27 points.
