IF Elfsborg are open to selling Harambee Stars winger Timothy Ouma if they can get the right offer this summer.
Ouma who barely played last season for the Swedish side has been a revelation this season where he has started eight of the 12 games and has been a key figure in the team as they try to make it to the group stages of the UEFA Europa League.

The player’s agent, Patrick Mörk, while speaking to Fotbolldirekt said that his client and teammate Jalal Abdullai could leave the club if an offer from the top Five European leagues came before the end of the current window.
“I think so,” Mork said when asked if Ouma and Abdullai could leave. “So if Elfsborg wants to, they can certainly bring in big money already this summer. I think there will be offers from clubs in top-5 leagues. That’s how good both of these players already are”.
The club’s Sporting Director Stefan Andreasson while praising Ouma for being patient on the days he wasn’t being played, he admitted that they wanted to win the title and that players like Ouma were important to these dreams.
“That is not (selling Ouma and Abdulai) what we are thinking about right now. We want to win titles with these players. His (Ouma’s) patience makes an impression. He has never whined and in the end, he stands there. He’s a great player. For many, it’s a disaster if it doesn’t work right away and you have to change clubs and all that – but he’s never stressed. I’m so glad he gets to show now the way he does,” he said.
Andreasson however admitted that he wouldn’t stand on the player’s way if a better offer came for him.
“A transfer shouldn’t happen now but at the same time, we realize that it is clear that things can appear that we cannot say no to, even if we are not driven by transfer fees. But we have a very good relationship with both agent and player and, as I said, if alternatives come up, we are prepared to sell,” he added.
Ouma current value according to the Transfermrkt is €450k (sh 63M) but reports indicate that Elfsborg wont be taking anything less than €3M (sh 421M) this summer as they are in no hurry to sell the player.
