FKF Premier League side Tusker FC has continued with their signing spree after snapping goalkeeper Joseph Ochuka from rivals Bandari FC.
Ochuka arrives at Ruaraka to replace stopper Brian Bwire who has since left for South Africa Premier Soccer League side Polokwane City with the keeper only awaiting clearance from his parent club before the move can be made official.

“Tusker FC is thrilled to announce the signing of goalkeeper Joseph Ochuka from Bandari FC,” Tusker said in a statement. “Ochuka has signed a year-long deal with the club and will bring his impressive goalkeeping skills and experience to our squad as we gear up for the new season.”
Tusker FC interim coach Charles Okere said of the signing, “When we lost Brian Bwire, we had to bring in an equally experienced and talented goalkeeper into the squad. We are delighted to bring in Joseph. His goalkeeping abilities and experience in the top tier of Kenyan football make him an excellent fit for our team. Joseph’s presence will enhance our defensive strength and add valuable depth to our squad.”
On his side, Ochuka added, “I am honoured to become part of Tusker FC, a club with such a rich history and strong ambitions. I am eager to contribute to the team and help us achieve our goals. I look forward to working with my new teammates and coaches to make a positive impact. I want us to win something at the end of the season.”
Ochuka started off his career at Sports Connect Academy before moving forward to Kariobangi Sharks, KCB and ultimately in Mombasa with Bandari. It is at Bandari where he got called up to the national team Harambee Stars.
