FKF Premier League side Tusker FC has confirmed the signing of Uganda midfielder Dennis Iguma from Kampala’s Police FC on a one-year deal.
The combative midfielder arrives at Ruaraka as a replacement for Saphan Oyugoi who left the club last month for Tanzania Premier League side Kagera Sugar FC.

In confirming the arrival of the 31-year-old, Tusker said, “Tusker FC is excited to announce the signing of Ugandan midfielder Dennis Iguma from Kampala’s Police FC on a one-year deal.
“Iguma, 31, brings a wealth of experience from both Uganda’s Premier League and the national team.
“Renowned for his tenacity in midfield, the versatile player excels at both breaking up opposition attacks and controlling the pace of the game. His leadership and defensive acumen are expected to bring added stability and strength to Tusker’s midfield.”
Tusker head coach Charles Okere said of the signing, “He’s a player we’re familiar with, having trained with him during our time in Uganda. With his wealth of experience, he will provide much-needed depth to our young squad. His leadership qualities are exceptional, and we’re confident he will be a great asset to the team.”
Tusker FC CEO Sam Nzau added, “We are thrilled to have a player of Dennis Iguma’s calibre with us. Since his arrival, he has shown great positivity, and we are certain he will strengthen our squad as we pursue our goals this season. His experience and leadership, especially in the second half of the campaign, will be invaluable.”
The midfielder has earned 63 caps for the Ugandan national team and has already begun training with the squad.
