The former Kariobangi Sharks striker had signed a short term deal with National Super League side Migori Youth to allow him participate in the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) where Kenya, who were one of the co-hosts, finished at the quarterfinals.

In confirming his arrival, Nejmeh said in a statement, “The African destroyer Masoud Juma has left Beirut Fajr today, to officially begin his journey with the star club, carrying with him the attacking force and great African experience that the club and the public depend on to lead the front line towards victories.

“He was accompanied on his flight from Nairobi Airport by Kenyan teammate and star player Anthony Teddy Akumu, who had been on a special leave from the technical device for family reasons.”

The players were received by the club CEO Ramy Betar with the club confirming that the arrival of Masud was their last business in the transfer window.

The duo will be hoping that they can form part of the team when they begin their season this weekend away to Al-Ansar.
