JKT Queens are the Tanzania Women Premier League Champions for season 2024/25 following their 5-0 win over Gets Program on Tuesday evening.
The win saw JKT collect 47 points this season, the same number of points as rivals Simba Queens, although they had a superior goal difference.

In the game, Queens had a 3-0 lead even before the 35th minute with the goals coming from Anstanzia Katunzi, Stumai Abdallah and Wilfred Gerard who bagged another goal in the 68th minute with the other goal coming from Janet Matulanga three minutes from full time.
JKT finished the season with a goal difference of +62 with Simba, who has six Kenyan players in their ranks, having a goal difference of +42. Yanga Princes, home to Kenyan Lydia Akoth finished third with 39 points.
Simba finished the season with a 2-0 win over Alliance girls where Harambee Starlets forward Jentrix Shikangwa scored one goal in what was his 24th goal of the season.
In the season, Gets Program and Mlandizi Queens were relegated after collecting 10 and One point respectively after 18 games.
