Former Gor Mahia treasurer Sally Bolo is confident that she is the right person to take the Women’s football in the country to another level.  

 

Bolo is among the three candidates vying for the Women Representative post in the forthcoming Football Kenya Federation election with the others being Kerubo Momanyi and Margaret Anyango.

 

After being cleared by the FKF Elections Board to vie for the position, Sally said: “I have thrown my hat in the ring because I am confident that my skills, exposure, management experience and drive are exactly the perfect fit for this role. I will be relentless in my service, diligent in my work, and passionate about women without bias or favor.

“I sincerely look forward to serving in this capacity, and giving women the platform to play, harness and nurture their talent and interests in matters of sport.”

 

Sally says that her experiences with Gor Mahia has given her the much needed experience in handling the position.

 

Handling CAF Inter Clubs Competition Matches and being part of CECAFA 2019 Tournament as a Committee Member are some of her highlights and vowed to give every girl and woman in Kenya a chance to nurture their talent in the area of Football once elected.
