Tanzania giants Yanga Princess have acquired the services of defender Wincate Kaari from Thika Queens.

Kaari becomes the latest Kenya to cross over to Tanzania after a chunk joined Fountain Gate in the current transfer as Kenyan players cross the border to play in the neighboring county.

Pepeta sources can confirm that the player will be traveling to Tanzania this week to complete the move with Yanga having already facilitated her travel.

This will be the second stint for the defender at Yanga with her first stint being in 2020 where things didn’t go as planned for her.  The former Gaspo Women FC player has been a regular member of the national team and will be hoping that it will be a good outing for her in her second bite at the cherry.

The Kenyan ladies already in Tanzania include: Corazon Aquino (Simba Queens), Topister Situma (Simba Queens), Monicah Chebet (Fountain Gate), Carolyne Rufa (Fountain Gate, Tanzania), Peris Oside (Fountain Gate) Florida Casinoh (Alliance Girls), Anita Adongo (Alliance Girls) and Esther Amakobe (Fountain Gate)
