The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Gabon referees to oversee the Kenya Women’s U17 National team, Junior Starlets, clash against Ethiopia in their second leg match of the third round of the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifier.
The match has been scheduled for Sunday, May 19, 2024, at Ulinzi Sports Complex, Langata, starting at 3 pm EAT and the Football Kenya Federation has waived gate charges for the match in a bid to rally support towards the Junior Starlets Road to their first ever FIFA World Cup appearance.
The Center Referee will be Anaelle Valerie Omanda where she will be assisted by her fellow Gabonese Pressilia Praxede Nho Ndong and Florina Urlaine Ndoue Meyale being her first and second assistant respectively. Richy Carmen Nganda Madiamba will be the fourth official of the game with Tanzania’s Somoe Robert Ng’itu being the match commissioner. The Referee Assessor will be Emmanuel Grace Aglago from Ghana.
All FKF-affiliated clubs, schools, and youth academies are also invited to the match and shall enjoy a designated sitting area.
