The FKF Women’s Premier League 2024/25 season, originally scheduled to begin on September 14th, has been postponed to October. The new season is set to start on the weekend of October 5th-6th, 2024.
Defending champions, Kenya Police Bullets FC will kick off their campaign against newly promoted Kisped Queens at the Police Sacco Stadium.
Nakuru Starlets, recently acquired by Trinity Mission and rebranded as Trinity Starlets FC, will face Bunyore Starlets at the A.S.K Showground in Nakuru.
Record league champions and CAF Women’s Champions League CECAFA Zonal qualifiers’ inaugural winners, Vihiga Queens, will take on three-time FKF Women Cup winners, Ulinzi Starlets, at Moi Stadium in Kisumu.
Bungoma Queens will host Kibera Soccer Women at Bungoma National Polytechnic, while another newly promoted side, Kisumu Allstarlets, will play Zetech Sparks at Moi Stadium, Kisumu. Additionally, Mombasa Olympics FC will host Wadadia at Ronald Ngala Primary in Mombasa.
The season will conclude on the weekend of April 19th-20th, 2025. The FKF Women Cup will begin with preliminaries on February 15th-16th, 2025, followed by the round of 32 on March 15th-16th. The round of 16 will be held on April 19th-20th, with quarterfinals on May 10th-11th, semifinals on May 24th-25th, and the final on June 1st, 2025.
The mid-season transfer window will open on January 31st, 2025.
