The Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) has confirmed the match venues for this year’s CAF Women Champions League Qualifiers in the region.
This year’s showpiece will be hosted in Nairobi Kenya from 2nd-9th September 2025 with Nyayo Stadium and Ulinzi Sports Complex chosen as the venues for the tournament.

The tournament will kick off on the 4th of September with team’s arrival set between 2nd and 3rd; Kenya set to be represented by Beldine Odemba’s Kenya Police Bullets FC who won the FKF Women Premier League title last season.
“We shall conduct the draw on August 26th with three teams placed in each of the groups. The best team in each group and the best placed second team will automatically qualify for the semifinal stage,” Yusuf Mossi, the CECAFA Competitions Manager said.
Apart from Police, other teams who have already confirmed participation include Rwanda’s Rayon Sports, Burundi’s Top Girls, South Sudan’s Yei Joint Stars, Zanzibar’s JKU Princess, Uganda’s Kampala Queens, defending champions CBE of Ethiopia, JKT Queens of Tanzania and DenDen FC from Eritrea.
The overall winner of the competition will have a chance of representing the region in this year’s CAF Women Champions League competition set to be hosted in Morocco later in the year.
