Samuel Onyango wasted no time in announcing his arrival at Police FC after netting in their FKF Cup preliminary round 2-0 win over Vegpro on Saturday.
Police took the lead just after the second minute through the red-hot Tito Okelo and while the hosts looked to be in for a thrashing they were to put the score line respectable with their early blip being the only difference in the first half.

Onyango who joined the club earlier this week from Zambia was to be introduced at the start of the second half as Salim Babu looked to keep his players fresh ahead of the grueling second half of the season. The winger was to announce his arrival 30 seconds after his introduction by doubling his side’s lead in what proved to be the last goal of the match.
In another match of the day, Posta Rangers also proceeded to the round of 32 after they beat Wisdom Soccer Academy 2-0 at the Ndura Sports Complex in Kitale.
Brian Marita scored a brace in the 57th and 74th minutes with the John Kamau-coached side now awaiting to learn their opponents in round 32.
