The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has set the dates for the FKF Premier League promotion/relegation playoff for the 2024/25 season.
The match will be between the team that finished 16th in the FKF Premier League and third in the National Super League with both positions having been won by Posta Rangers and Naivas FC respectively.

In the two legged affair, the first face off will be staged on Saturday, June 28 2025 at the Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos with the return leg set for Wednesday, July 2 2025 at the SportPesa Arena, Murang’a. The aggregate winner of the tie will secure a place in next season’s FKF Premier League.
This tie has always favoured the team finishing 16th in the FKF Premier League with Muhoroni Youth (Wazito FC) and Sofapaka having been the beneficiaries in recent faceoffs.
Rangers finished 16th in the Kenyan top flight despite drawing in their last game of the season against Bandari; the position coming after Murang’a Seal and Bidco United both won their games to avoid relegation.
