Bidco we’re keen to maintain their recent dominance over the Fred Ambani coached side and did everything to stop their recent poor run. Their dreams were shattered just before the hour mark when defender Samuel Semo gave Leopards the lead after being picked out by Julius Masaba.
Sensing that thinhs werent going his way, Bidco head coach Anthony Akhulia made triple substitutions at halftime time with Amos Ochieng, Collins Akite, and Kassim Mwando withdrawn for Brian Mboya, Raila Christopher, and Jacob Onyango. The changes improved the side as they forced goalkeeper Humphrey Katasi to a superb save just ten minutes in the second half.
The constant attack forced Leopards to sit back for the better part of the half as they held on to a victory that will see them sit on top of the table as the league heads to a two week break.
The loss saw Bidco remain 15th having picked just 14 points and are placed just a point above the relegation zone.
