Kenya Police Bullets are the 2023/24 FKF Women’s Premier League champions following their 6-2 win over Zetech Sparks in the penultimate round of the season on Saturday.

Captain Juliet Andibo gave the Beldine Odemba side the lead just after the 4th minute. Golden boot contender Rebecca Okwaro bagged a brace with goals in the 11th and 25th minutes, and Lucy Kwekwe closed the first half with a brace of her own, scoring in the 18th and 21st minutes.

Lydia Akoth continued the scoring spree for Bullets with the sixth goal but Anna Arusi and Yvonne Kavere scored for Zetech Sparks to put a respectable scoreline.

Bullets will play their final match of the season against Bunyore Starlets at the Mumboha Grounds on June 26, 2024, where they will be officially crowned champions.

On the same day, Vihiga Queens assured themselves of a second-place finish after playing to a goalless draw against Nakuru City Queens with Kibera Soccer Ladies beating Bunyore Starlets 4-2 at the KIBHT Grounds. Bungoma Queens meanwhile defeated Wadadia 1-0 at the Sangalo Institute grounds.
