Arsenal’s 16-year-old Omotara midfielder Junaid headlines the England U17 squad set to compete in the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in the Dominican Republic.

Head coach Natalie Henderson has announced a 21-player roster in the young Lionesses’ squad who have a date with debutants Harambee Starlets U17 on 17th October 2024 in their opening group stage match in the Dominican Republic.

Omotara who recently signed a two-year deal with Arsenal and made her senior debut against Southampton last month in the Women’s Premier League will be one to keep an eye on for the Kenyan side in the opening group stage match.
