Reigning FKF Premier League champions Gor Mahia FC have officially announced that their Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani Indoor Arena in Nairobi.

In a notice issued by Secretary General Nicanor O. Arum on behalf of the Executive Committee, the club confirmed that the meeting will commence at 10:00 a.m. and will be conducted through both physical attendance and electronic relay to allow wider member participation.

The AGM will address several key governance and administrative matters as stipulated in the club’s constitution. Among the major items on the agenda is the adoption of the minutes from the previous AGM held on April 13, 2025.

Members will also receive and deliberate on the club’s audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025, alongside the accompanying auditor’s report.

Club chairman Ambrose Rachier is expected to present a report detailing the club’s affairs and performance over the past year, while members will also consider and approve nominations to the Board of Trustees in line with the club’s constitution.

The meeting will conclude with any other business that has been duly submitted in accordance with the constitutional requirements.

The AGM comes as Gor Mahia prepare for a busy 2026/27 campaign, which includes defending their FKF Premier League title and representing Kenya at the regional CECAFA Kagame Cup in Rwanda later this month.
