Kenya Police Bullets FC head coach Beldine Odemba has named her travelling squad to Ethiopia ahead of the CAF Women’s Champions League CECAFA Zonal qualifiers.

Odemba has included Harambee Starlets keeper Annet Kundu in the team signing her from Greece last month but there is no place for midfielder Mercy Njeri who played a pivotal role last season when they won their maiden league title.

There is a place too for new signings Bertha Omita and Kenya Under 17 captain Elizabeth Ochaka as well as reigning FKF Women Premier League MVP Lydia Akoth.

The tournament that will attract nine teams will take place August 17-31st in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa, Police are in Group A alongside Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Yei Joint Stars (South Sudan), Warriors Queens (Zanzibar) and Rwanda’s Rayon Sports WFC.
