Veteran goalkeeper Vozinha, now 39, is expected to provide leadership both on and off the pitch alongside fellow goalkeepers Marcio Rosa and CJ dos Santos. In defence, Bubista has selected an experienced unit led by Villarreal defender Logan Costa, Shamrock Rovers centre-back Roberto Lopes and veteran defender Stopira.

Steven Moreira, Wagner Pina, João Paulo, Kelvin Pires, Sidny Cabral and Edilson Borges also offer balance and depth across the backline. The midfield includes Jamiro Monteiro, Deroy Duarte and Laros Duarte, who are expected to play key roles with their mobility and composure in possession. Kevin Pina, Yannick Semedo and Telmo Arcanjo add athleticism and versatility as Cape Verde prepare to compete against some of the world’s strongest sides.

In attack, captain Ryan Mendes and Garry Rodrigues remain the standout names, bringing experience and creativity to the squad. They are joined by Jovane Cabral, Nuno da Costa, Dailon Livramento, Gilson Benchimol, Willy Semedo and Hélio Varela, giving Bubista several options in wide areas and through the middle.
