Former Muhoroni Youth left back Stephen Bulugu can’t wait to feature for his new side Nairobi City Stars in the FKF Premier League (FKFPL).

Bulugu was one of the four players signed by the Kawangware-based side during the offseason but has so far missed their first three games of the league but he remains confident that his time will come.

“A slight injury has kept me out from my debut but it’s only a matter of time and I will be ready to feature for the team,” the Tanzania national told the club’s media team. “In the short time I have been here, City Stars has already become my big family. Everyone has become a close friend. I feel well guided so far and I am happy to be part of the establishment,”

“Training has been good and I must thank the technical bench for the clear structure they deploy,” he added

Bulugu was signed as a replacement for Dennis Wanjala who moved to Tusker FC with other new faces for the Nicholas Muyoti-coached side being defender Brian Opinde, winger Andre Kalama, and midfielders Sven Yidah and James Ssemambo.
