Action kicks off on Saturday, 16 May 2026, with three matches on the docket. At Gems Cambridge Grounds in Karen, Kibera Black Stars face 3K FC at 4:00 pm, while MOFA FC host Gucha Stars FC at the Jomo Kenyatta Stadium in Kisumu in a 1:00 pm kickoff.

Later in the day, Naivas FC take on Darajani Gogo FC at Dandora Stadium in Nairobi at 4:00 pm.
